Technology Events
Adeo InterActive Events Management facilitates and manages all the necessary arrangements associated with events — from engaging key stakeholders, developing conference vision, building content programming (ie. keynotes, panels, startup pitch events, partnering groups, etc.), featuring local experiential groups and organizations, managing logistics and vendor negotiations, and much more. We can devise an event that meets the client’s specific needs and manage as much of the planning process as the client requires.
Event Vision and Design
Adeo InterActive will work with the client on their vision for the event and develop the corresponding program content and design to visualize the goals of the event.
Content Programming
Adeo InterActive will secure and manage speakers, keynote, and panel content. We have vast experience in securing a unique set of speakers and combining a winning mix of panelists around topics that are compelling, engaging, and memorable. We have an extensive global network of industry visionaries open to our requests to speak as they know Adeo InterActive productions are of the highest quality.
Adeo InterActive can also produce a startup live pitch event featuring early-stage startups. We manage the recruitment, determining the finalists, coaching pre-event, and showcasing during the event.
Logistics
Adeo InterActive manages the various event logistics associated with the event. This includes venue contracts and securing the various vendors associated with the location such as table/chair/linens rentals, food & beverages catering, and overall venue design – stage, seating, room layout, etc. In addition, Adeo also manages budgets and timelines, audio/video logistics, online event registration, and volunteer coordination.

Notable Clients
AARP (California)
Adeo InterActive developed and produced AARP’s Innovation @ 50 event that showcased early-stage technology companies in the aging health sector for six years. This event was part of the bi-annual AARP national conference for 20,000-member attendees and consisted of panels, keynotes, and pitch events.
Student Startup Madness
Adeo InterActive partnered with Syracuse University to produce a university-based startup pitch event, showcasing 64 Universities from around the United States.
