Technology Events
Adeo InterActive Events Management facilitates and manages all the necessary arrangements associated with events — from engaging key stakeholders, developing conference vision, building content programming (ie. keynotes, panels, startup pitch events, partnering groups, etc.), featuring local experiential groups and organizations, managing logistics and vendor negotiations, and much more. We can devise an event that meets the client’s specific needs and manage as much of the planning process as the client requires.
Event Vision and Design
Adeo InterActive will work with the client on their vision for the event and develop the corresponding program content and design to visualize the goals of the event.
Content Programming
Adeo InterActive will secure and manage speakers, keynote, and panel content. We have vast experience in securing a unique set of speakers and combining a winning mix of panelists around topics that are compelling, engaging, and memorable. We have an extensive global network of industry visionaries open to our requests to speak as they know Adeo InterActive productions are of the highest quality.
Adeo InterActive can also produce a startup live pitch event featuring early-stage startups. We manage the recruitment, determining the finalists, coaching pre-event, and showcasing during the event.
Logistics
Adeo InterActive manages the various event logistics associated with the event. This includes venue contracts and securing the various vendors associated with the location such as table/chair/linens rentals, food & beverages catering, and overall venue design – stage, seating, room layout, etc. In addition, Adeo also manages budgets and timelines, audio/video logistics, online event registration, and volunteer coordination.

Notable Clients
AARP (California)
Adeo InterActive developed and produced AARP’s Innovation @ 50 event that showcased early-stage technology companies in the aging health sector for six years. This event was part of the bi-annual AARP national conference for 20,000-member attendees and consisted of panels, keynotes, and pitch events.
Student Startup Madness
Adeo InterActive partnered with Syracuse University to produce a university-based startup pitch event, showcasing 64 Universities from around the United States.
Nano Canada
Adeo InterActive produced NanoCanada’s Earth to Space International Conference, a live virtual event showcasing thought leaders within the NanoTechnology community
SheInnovates
Adeo InterActive produced SheInnovates, a live virtual event spanning two days with the purpose of showcasing women entrepreneurs in the startup community.
BioKansas
Adeo InterActive worked with BioKansas to present their Innovation Festival Startup Pitch Competition. Adeo InterActive provided startup pitch competition management, content programming, event and logistic consultation, as well as an intensive audit of the event.
Avant South
Adeo InterActive collaborated with the City of Atlanta Mayor’s team and seven top local universities to produce Avant South, a two-day event bringing together industry leaders to explore the intersection of technology, innovation, and culture. In its second year, Avant South hosted 500+ attendees. The Mayor’s office launched the Atlanta Collegiate Entrepreneurship Syndicate (ACES) to showcase these universities and develop their startup Intellectual Property (IP), granting access to investors, thought leaders, educators, and more from around the world. This program is the first of its kind globally.
Women’s Health Coalition:
Adeo InterActive produced Disruption in conjunction with the Women’s Health Coalition. Disruption: The Future of Women’s Health is a conference with a festival vibe that is meant to empower women and elevate women’s health . It was inspired by the Women’s Health Coalition of Canada. (WHC), and imagined by thought leaders from around the globe. The conference enables and supports the advocacy work of the WHC in addressing barriers, gaps, and biases in women’s health.
Finance and Accounting Technology Expo
Adeo InterActive produced the startup pitch event for the 2024 Finance and Technology Expo (FATE), the largest gathering of finance and accounting technology professionals in North America. This first time event boasts 1000+ attendees, mostly consisting of C Level employees, 70+ exhibitors and 80+ theater sessions. The pitch competition focused on four sectors featuring 20 startups: Accounting, Financial Planning & Compliance; Cash Flows (AP/AR) & Payments; Data Management & Security; People & Productivity Tools.
