Adeo InterActive is a full-service event management company that specializes in innovation, startup, and technology-related programming of large-scale events. What sets Adeo InterActive apart from other event management companies is our goal to develop networks of trust within a community and beyond. We work with all parties (industry and innovators, startups and investors, educators and researchers, government and policymakers, etc.) in a collaborative system to build and present the community to a larger global audience.
Our economic development large scale innovation technology events help showcase various parts of the ecosystem by highlighting the cultural, intellectual, and natural resources that are its strengths. We leverage intellectual capital, human capital, network capital, financial capital, physical capital, and institutional capital within an ecosystem to create an excitement that highlights the unique parts of the community to an incoming global event audience.
Ecosystem Development
Adeo InterActive works to help every ecosystem be themselves by showcasing the cultural, intellectual, and natural resources that are its strengths. Our large-scale innovation conferences create an economic development opportunity, as they draw large audiences by highlighting the incredible innovation that is happening within a city/state. This is not a replacement, but an evolution of the entrepreneur community.
Community Engagement
A keystone to Adeo InterActive events is building and engaging the community surrounding the event. Adeo InterActive takes a multi-stakeholder approach by engaging startups, government, service providers, community builders, corporate industry, etc. We aim to foster a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, executives, policymakers, and researchers, developing a strong network of trust within the community and beyond. Adeo InterActive works with key stakeholders on a city, state, and regional level in order to produce the best possible impact surrounding the event.
Programming
Adeo InterActive will secure and manage speakers, keynotes, and panel content. We have vast experience in securing a unique set of speakers and combining a winning mix of panelists around topics that are compelling, engaging, and memorable. We have an extensive global network of industry visionaries open to our requests to speak as they know Adeo InterActive productions are of the highest quality. Adeo InterActive will also work to highlight regional talent and companies in order to showcase the geographic area in which an event will be held.
Logistics
Adeo InterActive manages the various logistics associated with an event. This includes venue contracts, securing vendors associated with the location such as table/chair/linens rentals, food & beverages catering, and overall venue design – stage, seating, room layout, etc. In addition, Adeo also manages budgets and timelines, audio/video logistics, online event registration, and volunteer coordination.
